The Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant has been hit by staff shortages, according to a US war think tank, as Ukraine is making gains on the frontline. Russian occupation authorities are “suffering staff shortages” at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP), said the Institute for the Study of War on Wednesday.
