CONTADORA ISLAND, PANAMA: Right before Thanksgiving, ‘The View’ host Ana Navarro and her husband, Al Cardenas hopped on a flight from Florida all the way to Panama to celebrate their holidays together.
Much like their summer and 4th of July holidays, ‘The View’ host is also currently documenting moments from her holiday in Panama on Instagram, and her fans have expressed their thanks for the same.
Navarro shared snaps from Contadora Island in Panama on Black Friday, November 24, as she expressed her love for the ocean.
Since then, ‘The View’ host has continued to share more glimpses of herself, the ocean, and occasionally her husband.
Ana Navarro shares glimpses into her Panama holiday
On Instagram, ‘The View’ host Ana Navarro shared a selfie of herself with the ocean in the background as she wrote, “This is my idea of Black Friday. Knocking another one off the bucket list.”
Navarro added, “If you follow me, you know that the only thing I love more than being ON the ocean, is being IN the ocean. This is the beautiful Pacific Coast off Panama. I can’t wait to swim in it.”
She also briefly spoke about her husband, Al Cardenas, “Don’t ask me about Al. He’s good. He’s somewhere inside in air conditioning, watching the Dolphins game.”
In another Instagram post, Navarro shared more snaps and videos. “Taking a few days of rest & relaxation, soaking up the sun and beauty of Panama,” wrote ‘The View’ host.
Most recently, Navarro gave a glimpse of her day of “crazy fun” in the water with her husband.
Navarro shared videos and photos of herself and Cardenas in the water as she wrote, “Al & I had crazy fun on the water today on these thingies called @seabob_official. They make swimming and diving way easy, fast, and fun. I had never been on one and now want one in every color.”

As Ana Navarro shared moments of her time in Panama with her fans and followers on Instagram, they were quick to flood her comment section as they gushed over how “fearless” ‘The View’ host was in her snaps from the ocean.
One fan commented, “Ana, I love how fearless you are and you can swim in the ocean like that. All I would be thinking about is the sharks!!” and another wrote, “It looks like fantastic fun, Ana.”
“I’m jealous,” wrote one fan, and another commented, “That looks awesome but I would be scared of the sharks.”
