LAS VEGAS, NEVADA: Kim Kardashian's hairstylist Chris Appleton is filing for divorce from Lukas Gorga after just 6 months of marriage. According to the documents obtained, the reason for the split was "irreconcilable differences."
TMZ reports a close source claiming that Chris "tried everything he could to make the marriage work." However, seeing nothing work out between the two of them, he then decided it was better for the two of them to move ahead in their life.
The source close to the couple claims it was not easy for Chris to decide to divorce. As the divorce news circled, it was revealed the estranged couple had a prenup in place.
Only a week ago, the former couple's wedding episode was aired on 'The Kardashian' and we saw Kim advising them to take the prenup. Thankfully, both followed it.
The estranged couple listed their separation date in the court document to be Friday, November 10.

Chris and Lukas walked down the aisle in a Little White Chapen in April 2023. After officiating Chris and Lukas' wedding, Kim took to Instagram to reveal feeling honored.
She uploaded a slew of photos from the wedding day, saying, "I was so honored to be able to officiate a wedding in Vegas!!! I couldn’t be happier for you both @chrisappleton1 and @lukasgage 🎲♥️💍♾️ and the surprise from @shaniatwain singing their song to them was ✨🪄."
The TV personality continued to talk about her custom dress, claiming, "I love the custom @ludovicdesaintsernin dress."

The 40-year-old hairstylist went public with his relationship with the 28-year-old in February during their trip to Mexico. He then confessed in Today's interview, "I’m very happy, very much in love."
Being mesmerized by Lukas' good looks, Chris added, "He's a good-looking man. Something about being in London, I got a taste of the Brits and couldn't help myself."
Ever since going official with his relationship, Chris was often seen posting pictures together with Lukas on social media and flaunting their love.
