Who is Scott Brown's wife? Ex-US senator claims he threatened to 'kick the s**t' out of Joe Biden for getting 'handsy' with Gail Huff

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Former Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown's recent revelations about an encounter with President Joe Biden have sparked further discussion about personal boundaries and accountability.

Brown provided intricate details during an interview on Tom Shattuck's 'Burn Barrel' podcast, shedding light on a significant moment that unfolded during his swearing-in ceremony in 2010. The ex-senator apparently sensed an uncomfortable interaction between Biden, then Vice President, and his wife, Gail Huff.

Gail Huff and Joe Biden apparently had an uncomfortable interaction

Shattuck's questions centered on whether Biden had exhibited inappropriate conduct towards Huff, which included allegations of "handsy" actions or the unusual "hair-sniffing" behavior.

A clip from the ceremony supposedly shows Biden with his hand around Huff's lower back for more than just a few seconds.

"I might be imagining this, but did you— when you were on Herald Radio with us, probably seven years ago, when you got sworn in as senator, was he like hair-sniffing Gail or handsy with Gail, or did I imagine that?" asked Shattuck to Brown.

The former senator replied, "Yeah, yeah. I told him I’d kick the s**t out— I told him to stop, so yes," before cracking up.

When asked to revisit the event, Brown said, "No, no, it’s old news. It’s old news." However, he admitted, "[Biden] didn’t act the way I thought he should and, you know, we called him on it, and you know, that’s it."

Then, Shattuck inquired, "You called him on it to his face right there?" to which Brown responded, "Oh yeah."

Scott Brown's opinion on Joe Biden's behavior around women

Shattuck insisted that Biden's alleged tendency to inappropriately touch women made them feel "skeeved out".

"This thing with his granddaughter really stuck. Also I think people are irked out about all the hair sniffing and things," said the interviewer, continuing, "Women are skeeved out by that stuff and he's not a good guy. You know him."

In response, Brown offered his two cents on Biden's odd behavior, stating, "I spent quite a bit of time with him. I enjoyed his company."

"But we all know people who have dementia and have the beginning of Alzheimer's, and he's got it," added Brown, along with, "I mean, it's the walk. It's the way he's mumbling, his anger outbursts. And it's a shame that we can't do better in this great country."

Joe Biden's history of uncomfortable interactions

Earlier in August, the 80-year-old president found himself in the spotlight after being captured in an unusual situation. Biden was seen pretending to google a little girl before engaging in his signature act of sniffing the child, as per the Daily Mail.

The incident occurred on the tarmac as Biden prepared to return to Washington from Europe following the NATO summit in Lithuania. During the same trip, he faced backlash for making a comment to a female Finnish reporter that some considered unsettling.

In June, a viral video captured Biden apparently appearing to be a bit 'handsy' with actress Eva Longoria. The alleged moment occurred prior to a White House screening of Longoria's directorial debut film, 'Flamin' Hot' as per the New York Post. Biden's actions in the video raised eyebrows and once again ignited discussions about appropriate conduct, especially in interactions with women.

And last year, Biden was criticized after he appeared to grab a young girl by her shoulder and made a comment that some deemed inappropriate. The incident supposedly happened during a photograph session with the teen and her friends at Irvine Valley College in Irvine, California.
