Joe Rogan and Sam Altman discusses Internet enslavement
Throughout the podcast, Altman emphasized the idea that many individuals have become enslaved by the internet, highlighting how some of them transform into trolls by engaging in provocative posts or initiating flame wars.
Altman admitted to occasionally engaging in trolling, stating, "I have more of an internet troll streak than I would like to admit. I try to just not give myself too much of an invitation, but I slip up sometimes."
Rogan and Altman talked about how slamming someone on social media, particularly X (previously Twitter) and Reddit, may be profitable at that precise moment.
Rogan remarked, "It's fun to say something s**tty," and Altman concurred.
Joe Rogan discusses Tesla Model X Plaid's impressive speed
On a different episode of 'The Joe Rogan Experience' podcast, Joe Rogan and UFC champion Sean O'Malley discussed the astounding speed of Tesla Inc.'s Model X Plaid.
Rogan said, “I’m faster in my Plaid than my Porsche, and it makes no sound… It time travels. 0 to 60 in 1.9 seconds for a four-door sedan. It’s bonkers."
After receiving a speeding penalty while driving a Model X Plaid, O'Malley shared his perspective, stating, “I got pulled over again in literally the exact same highway, same neighborhood, same cop. Those Xs are insane. Even on the highway, you’re going 90, it feels like you are going 60.”
Rogan also recounted a unique parenting experience, stating, “I taught my 15-year-old how to drive in that. It’s always on Ludicrous Mode. It’s easy to control. That’s the difference between that and other high-powered cars."
An X user posted the clip on the platform narrating the scenario.
