PARRISH, ALABAMA: An Amber Alert has been issued for a nine-month-old baby girl, who reportedly got abducted on Monday, July 10. Harlow Darby Freeman was kidnapped at around 6:50 p.m. from a residence on Crest Avenue in Parrish, a town of less than 1,000 people about 50 miles north of Tuscaloosa.
Freeman was last seen wearing a tie-dye onesie and light pink shorts, according to her family. The baby girl weighs about 20 pounds and has dark hair and blue eyes. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency issued an Amber Alert for Freeman at 9:40 pm on Monday. Following a desperate search, authorities claimed that she is believed to be in extreme danger. Harlow's mother wrote on Facebook that her child was in her SUV's backseat when it got stolen. The vehicle is a white 2009 Lexus RX350 bearing Alabama plate 3880AR8, according to AL.

Authorities noted that the white SUV has damage on the rear passenger side and appears to be taped with clear tape. “Be on the lookout for a 2009 white Lexus SUV RX 350 damage to the back right. My car was stolen and the baby was in the back seat in her car seat!!! Please help!!! The car was stolen out of Parrish. If you’re reading this and you know anything. All I ask is for my baby back. Y’all can keep the car!!!!! Just bring me my baby and no questions asked! Car was stolen from downtown Parrish between 6:30-6:50 pm,” Harlow’s mother, Bethany Smith wrote in a Facebook post.
Melinda Hutchison, Harlow's aunt, told reporters that the child was in the car with her father when he ran inside to a friend’s house. He told them he was only gone for a minute or so, and that’s when the SUV was stolen. The family is offering a $5,000 reward for Harlow’s safe return and any information regarding her whereabouts. The circumstances of the kidnapping have yet not been disclosed by the authorities. “Anyone with information call the Parrish Police Department at 205-686-9991 or 911. We will update as information becomes available,” the Parrish police department said in a statement.

Freeman went missing just a few days after an Amber Alert was issued for a 3-year-old girl, who went missing in North Carolina. Rhy’Lea Tyler was last seen on Friday, June 07. However, the Alert soon was revoked Tyler was found safe. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children said Rhy'Lea may have been headed to New York with her alleged abductor, Stephanie Lee Spencer, who is described as a Black female, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 230 pounds. She is said to walk with a limp and her left pinky is always bent. The officials have yet no revealed any other detail, including where they found Tyler.
