TOKYO, JAPAN: The painting by PewDiePie was the center of attention at the recent streamer auction event, captivating the audience with its mesmerizing colors and intricate details. Its value was reflected in the bidding war that ensued, with the famous YouTube streamer Leslie Ann “Fuslie” Fu determined to make it hers. When the auctioneer, renowned YouTuber Connor “CDawgVA” Colquhoun, started taking bids, Fuslie wasted no time and placed an initial offer of $10,000.
The atmosphere was electric as other streamers and fans followed suit, making substantial requests to acquire this exquisite masterpiece. Fuslie, refusing to back down, countered every bid with even heftier offers, eventually presenting a jaw-dropping $20,000 bid. Yet, just when victory seemed within her grasp, a devoted fan emerged, increasing the bid by a mere $100 to claim the prestigious painting.
'It’s a good cause'
A group of big-name streamers recently held an auction to raise funds for charity by selling their belongings. Even though YouTube royalty Felix "PewDiePie" Kjellberg was absent from the event, he still sold a painting. He also sent a small video to tell the audience about the painting.
“This is hand-drawn by yours truly. It’s a monkey riding a bike and then something is riding the monkey. And [I] signed [this] beautiful artistry as you can tell. I expect this to go for at least a million. Go bid. It’s for charity or something. It’s a good cause, go bid [on this] once in a lifetime [painting].” While it didn't go for a million, the $20,100 amount it finally earned in nothing to sniff at either.
A user on wrote, "that actually really cool drawing. tatoo material right there" while the other wrote, "ngl that's a good painting lmao." Another user commented, "It's going to worth more than million in few years." A fourth user wrote, "Name of this masterpiece: "Monke and chat".

From co-founding Streamer Camp for aspiring streamers to sharing gameplay lobbies with her friends, including Offline TV, she is known for her collaborative nature. Music has been a part of her life for most of her life, and she has also showcased her singing talent in several streams and Twitch's Twitch Sings app until its closure in 2020. After joining 100 Thieves in May 2021, Leslie began streaming full-time on Youtube in September 2022.
Intriguing past history between PewDiePie and Leslie
The story behind Fuslie's fervor for PewDiePie's artwork reveals a fascinating connection between the two YouTube sensations. Their paths crossed in a moment of awkwardness that ended up becoming pivotal in Fuslie's journey to stardom. PewDiePie, renowned for his humorous reaction videos to strange memes and videos, stumbled upon a slip-up from Fuslie's earlier days as a streamer during one of his infamous YouTube roast sessions. The video he pulled up was a Pokemon Go live stream where an eagle-eyed fan spotted something suspicious lurking under Fuslie's bed. Realizing her "massager" had been spotted, Fuslie quickly attempted to conceal its existence by claiming it was a "guitar."
At the time when she had actually streamed, the incident had received minimal attention, slipping through the cracks of the Internet. However, fate had something different in store. Two years later, PewDiePie's reaction to Fuslie's slip-up caused an explosion of interest and curiosity. His video ended up being watched more than 18 million times, which meant Fuslie's on-stream slip-up went viral. Years later, Fuslie was able to confront PewDiePie when their paths crossed in an Among Us lobby. Fuslie reportedly had a “really awkward” confrontation where she felt like she was “dying” of embarrassment. But the two talked it out, and Fuslie finally had some "closure," as per Dexerto.
