She found the love of her life Evan Bass in 'Bachelor in Paradise.' They got married in 2017. Sadly, the marriage did not work for too long and they got divorced in 2020.
Well, it seems Carly has once again made it to the headlines as she talked about one of her famous classmates, Lady Gaga. Apparently, 13-time Grammy winner and Bachelor Nation star together attended New York University's Tish School of the Arts.
TMZ reports the mother of two giving an inside scoop about her former classmate in Jason Tartick's 'Trading Secrets' podcast. During Monday's episode of the podcast, she claimed about Gaga, "She’s so extra."
Bachelor Nation star revealed that Gaga used to sit on Piano every day, playing 'Wicked' at the top of her lungs. The TV personality recalled her college days, "And we were all just trying to eat lunch. It was break time. And we were all, like, forced to listen to her."
Carly dubbed Gaga "extra" as she claimed she used to drive her "crazy."
"I just wanted to eat my sandwich. And so I used to just eat in the hallway. She was driving me crazy," said Carly about Gaga aka Stefani Germanotta. She then added, "She’s so ridiculous."
Carly Waddell says Lady Gaga was not better than other singers
When asked by Carly whether Gaga was better than other singers, she gave a strong no as her answer.
Carly claimed, "I mean, she was one of the good ones but I wouldn’t ever be like, She was so above." However, Carly admits that Gaga is now "so above" than any other singers.
Carly also revealed that Gaga used to dress very differently in college days. Gaga was claimed to "wear these really tight leotards."

Gaga was born to Cynthia Louise and Joseph Anthony Germanotta in 1986. She started taking piano lessons at a very young age.
Gaga attended Convent of the Sacred Heart at 11. When she reached the age of 14, she started performing at clubs and bars. By 17, she was admitted to NYU's Tisch School of the Arts.
At college, Gaga sharpened her songwriting skills. She partnered with Rob Fusari and then created her stage name. Later in 2006, she dropped 3 albums.
In 2008, Gaga revealed 'The Fame,' her first album. After that, she became one of the A-list singers.
As of now, Gaga has bagged 34 Grammy nominations and has won 13. She has also won Oscars in 2018 and Golden Globe in 2016 and 2018.
