SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA: Actress Sara Foster has been facing people’s wrath online after criticizing those who are choosing to remain silent about the violent attack on Israel.
The Middle Eastern country faced its worst attack on Saturday, October 7 when Palestinian militant organization Hamas launched a barrage of rockets from Gaza and sent waves of fighters across the border into southern Israel, where they took over bases and seized hostages.
During the brutal assaults, the militant organization also opened fire at the Tribe of Nova music festival in a rural area near the Gaza-Israel border.
On Monday, Israeli officials confirmed that more than 1,100 people have died in the attacks and another 2,150 were gravely wounded.
Later, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu formally declared war and announced that the IDF (army) would “use all its force to destroy Hamas's capabilities” and to take “'mighty vengeance for this black day.”
What does Sara Foster say about the Israel-Palestine war?
The 42-year-old daughter of music mogul David Foster took to her Instagram to condemn the attacks on Israel and also criticized people who chose to defend Hamas' attack on Israel.
"I do not support the killing of innocent people. The people dying are not the ones on this radical plight,” the ‘Big Bounce’ star shared to her Instagram story, alongside a post from the Stand With Us organization, which fights antisemitism and supports Israel.
“The loving Palestinians I know do not want this. The loving people of Israel do not want this. Hamas is EVIL. Period. How can ANYONE of any nationality or race defend this?" Foster added.
"If you are too scared to say you stand with Israel or even if you don't, At least stand against 4-year-old children being dragged out of their beds by a terrorist organization," she said in a separate Instagram story, adding, "And if you don't stand against that, then you are not human.”
Erin Foster, Foster's younger sister who converted to Judaism before marrying husband Simon Tikhma, shared the same post from the nonprofit organization, adding a brokenhearted emoji.
