BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Tristan Tate, the controversial social media figure often criticized for holding problematic views, recently used the platform 'X' (formerly Twitter) to announce his intention to conduct interviews with both male and female cosplayers.
Tate frequently interacts with his followers on 'X', sharing his perspectives and discussing various topics of his interest.
However, his views are often criticized, as many find them illogical or disagreeable.
Will Tristan Tate interview cosplayers?
Recently, Tate tweeted about a desire that was notably different from his typical content.
He revisited an older tweet that asserted, "Cosplay is a scam. Here’s my understanding; Girls do it to be attractive to men who think it’s hot and often to make money."
He added, "Men do it because they incorrectly think it makes cosplay girls want to date them. Cosplay girls date guys like me, cosplay dudes don’t understand why."
Expanding on this, Tate added, "One day I’m going to interview 3 men who are into cosplay and 3 women who are “into cosplay” to demonstrate the different motivations for dressing up. Nobody will be shocked at what is revealed. Would be interesting though."
'X' users assert Tristan Tate cosplays as James Bond
After Tate's announcement, numerous users from social media came forward to share their views.
One user wrote, "Can you stop with the cap….. you’re always cosplaying as James Bond and your brother Batman…."
Another user wrote, "Could you imagine the amount of patience required for this 😂"
A user stated, "Cosplay girls love the attention and get some side cash by modeling. Cosplay dudes, if they're attractive do that too, but if they're not but are talented enough to make Mecha costumes, then they get paid for being too to pose. Source? I dated a cosplay girl."
