LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Amid the ongoing rumor of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's alleged romance, Kelce addressed fans on how to dress up for Halloween as he and his rumored singer-girlfriend.
Kelce fielded several questions on his team's October 22 game against the Los Angeles Chargers during a press conference held on Friday, October 20, and posted by the Kansas City Chiefs website.
However, the conversation shifted slightly to the athlete's personal life when a reporter inquired about how fans might dress like the athlete and Swift for Halloween in light of their recent romance.
How did Travis Kelce advise fans to dress up on Halloween?
During Friday's media conference, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end had a lighter moment when he was questioned about fans dressing up as him and his popstar girlfriend for the impending celebrations.
Kelce suggested, "I’ll tell you what, man, that ‘stache and the 87 jersey was pretty iconic there for a little bit and I had it when I met Taylor for the first time, so I guess my ‘stache."
The Kansas City Chiefs player advised donning a bracelet as well, making a reference to the friendship bracelets with beads that Swifties have been sporting to her Eras Tour events.
His comment about the bracelet also alluded to his attempt to offer one to Swift along with his phone number after her performance at Arrowhead Stadium earlier this year, but he was unable to see her afterward.
Not everyone agreed with Kelce's mustache, despite it being one of the most memorable facial hairstyles ever.
Before he and Swift allegedly began dating, Kelce joked about having "a preseason sideline picture" on his Tinder profile and remarked, "I gotta get back on Tinder," on an episode of his 'New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce' podcast from September.
However, a lot has happened since then; he and Swift are now reportedly dating and spent the previous weekend in New York together, per Daily Mail.
The pair even appeared in cameos on 'Saturday Night Live', a topic Kelce also covered on Friday.
"They asked me if I wanted to end the skit that was about me and Taylor's takeover of the NFL games, which was hilarious," he said. "I loved every bit of it."
While in town for the Jets game, the two-time Super Bowl champion was also seen leaving Swift's Tribeca pad, though a source said he didn't stay over.
However, Kelce bought a $6 million estate in Kansas City so the couple reportedly could spend their time in a more private setting, suggesting that they desire more seclusion from prying eyes.
