NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Brynn Whitfield has a history of financial problems, according to a recent report, and was evicted from a New York City apartment in 2014.

According to court documents obtained by The US Sun, the 36-year-old reality star was facing eviction from her Upper East Side studio apartment after falling behind on "nearly $7,000 in rent".

According to court documents, once a yearlong rental arrangement on the residence ended, the landlord agreed to lease the property to Brynn on a monthly basis at a cost of $2,500.

In August 2014, the Indiana native and two others she shared the property with, referred to in court documents as Jane and John Doe, were presented with an eviction notice.

According to court documents, Brynn, a communications professional, continued "to be in possession of the premise without the permission of the Petitioner-Landlord after the expiration of said term."

According to court documents, the socialite was behind on her rent for the months of July, October, November, and December 2013. As per the court documents, Brynn was in arrears on the unpaid sum incurred in January and February 2014.

By October of that year, the landlord had petitioned the court for a "final judgment [to] be entered against" Brynn and her two co-tenants.

They were also going to receive "a warrant of eviction to remove respondents from possession thereof, and that a judgment be issued for the rent arrears."

In the lawsuit, a court ordered her to repay the unpaid debt.

Brynn believes she has the nicest view on her street. When the veteran public relations professional and new 'RHONY' cast member stares out her living room window, she can see right into one of the West Village's magnificent single-family brownstones.

Through the paned glass, one can see what looks to be a spidery Serge Mouillé ceiling light, a new version of which costs $8,500 at Design Within Reach.
