HARDIN, MISSOURI: A family has been left devastated after their one-year-old girl was fatally struck by a train. The toddler was hit while being “stationary" on the railroad tracks Saturday morning, May 13, the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) said in a report.
The tot’s parents Daylea and Hunter named her Harper during an interview with CBS affiliate KCTV. They also shared that the little one would have soon turned two. Daylea told the station, “Harper was a happy baby. She loved everybody. Harper was very adventurous. She never wanted to do anything alone. She never wanted help. I don’t blame anyone.”
