Outrage as sheriff’s secretary who had Jesse McFadden on sex offender list witnessed his wedding

HENRYETTA, OKLAHOMA: It has been revealed that the Sheriff’s Secretary who had convicted rapist Jesse McFadden on the sex offender list witnessed his wedding to Holly Guess a year later. His wedding was conducted by the jail chaplain. A year later, seven bodies, including his, were found on his property. McFadden died by suicide after allegedly shooting dead his wife Holly Guess, her three children - Rylee Elizabeth Allen, Michael James Mayo, and Tiffany Dore Guess - and their two friends, Ivy Webster and Brittany Brewer.

The information, released by NewsNation, has led to massive social media outrage. Police are already under fire for their handling of the case for allegedly failing to seize crucial evidence from the convicted rapist's home. "Sheriff’s Secretary has McFadden on sex offender list. A year later she witnesses the wedding. Her deputy son does one site visit. Another year later, bodies are found. Sheriff’s office closes the investigation without seizing the electronic devices. Why?" the Webster family's lawyer Cameron Spradling wrote on Twitter.

NewsNation journalist Brian Entin shared a photo of McFadden's marriage license, writing, "In Oklahoma looking into the massacre that left 6 dead. Killer/sex offender Jesse McFadden's marriage license to Holly Guess was signed by the Sheriff's Office Chaplain and the Sherriff's admin assistant."

Jesse McFadden had 10 violations in prison

New records have revealed that McFadden had ten violations while he was in the Oklahoma Department of Corrections custody, between 2004 and 2016. Yet, he was released from prison earlier than he was scheduled to be. His violations included sexual acts and intoxication.

McFadden was reportedly released early, after only 85 percent of his time, because he managed to bank enough credits through good behavior and hygiene. When he was found with a phone with child porn in it, he was only punished with thirty-day segregation and restricted visitation for having the phone. He was disciplined with his canteen, telephone, and visitation being restricted for 90 days.

'This is very bizzare'

Enraged social media users commented on the recent developments of the case, with one user tweeting, "They knew!! For a small town, most residents would know. Unfortunetly, being a small town, corruption goes unnoticed. I've seen it in one small town I lived in. Sec'y and Sheriff, should be liable for obstruction, fraud, complicit, as 2nd degree manslaughter. And the parents can sue them and the town." Another said, "Why were they trying to cover for McFadden? Awful lot of questions coming up regarding the Sheriff’s Department. Makes me wonder who McFadden was related to." "This stinks— but I’m not surprise. Sex Offender’s wedding held by the jail chaplain & witnessed by Sheriff’s secretary who maintains the list & her deputy SON does the ONLY ONE visit at the house to Jesse. Why everyone was enabling Jesse? Why? Why the wanted to closed the investigation and leave it like murder-suicide without investigating properly, furthermore leaving behind evidence?" one said.

"Thus is very bizarre!! Just insane and very upsetting how the system works . They should ALL be ashamed of the poor work done and follow ups," one user wrote, while another said, "It sure looks suspicious in totality".
