NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Former ‘GMA3’ host TJ Holmes has taken a trip down memory lane all the way to his childhood and shared a gem with his fans and followers on Instagram.
Holmes posted a snap of his younger self, sporting huge curls and a mischievous smile on his face.
The ousted ‘GMA’ star followed the recent trend of many of his former co-hosts like Michael Strahan who shared their respective memories for 'Throwback Thursday' recently.

The former ‘GMA3’ host Holmes gave into the recent drift of sharing one’s throwback snaps for Throwback Thursday.
Holmes revealed that while shifting through his attic, he found a childhood gem that he couldn’t help but share.
He posted this on Instagram, sharing the joy with his followers of having found a photo from his childhood with a completely funky hairstyle.
In the snap, a young Holmes can be seen rocking huge curls, looking sideways into the camera while sitting on a rocking chair.
The ex-GMA star wore a denim jacket and jeans with a rack of books laden in brown shone in the background. Holmes captioned the post, “#throwbackthursday #TinyTJ #stuffyoufindintheattic.”
Holmes seems to have limited the comments on the post but the snap looks to be gaining a lot of likes on Instagram.

Holmes’ preparations for the upcoming NYC marathon in November appear to be in full swing.
The 46-year-old shared a carousel post on Instagram with his running stats and a playlist to depict his seriousness of preparations. He ran 12 miles in Manhattan in one hour and 49 minutes.
The playlist featured songs such as 'Trustfall' by P!nk, 'Flowers' by Miley Cyrus, 'Leave Your Life' by Ed Sheeran, and 'Love is the New Money' by Andy Grammar.
He also posted a snap of the NYC skyline with buildings in the distance, and a river in the front.
The picture also had a running man emoji. Holmes later captioned the post, “#NYCMarathon2023 #runplaylist."
It is speculated that Holmes will run alongside his former co-host Amy Robach who was fired along with him from ABC network after their romantic affair came to light in December 2022.
