NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Former ‘Good Morning America’ stars Amy Robach and TJ Holmes offered yet another glimpse into their preparations for the upcoming New York City marathon in November.
While Robach shared a snap of her running in the park filled with trees, Holmes posted a picture of a Little Red Lighthouse which fell on the path of his run.
Robach and Holmes are both certified marathon runners and often run together in different marathons.
Given that both Robach and Holmes are out of a job after being fired from ‘GMA’, the couple has been making time to prep for the NYC marathon next month.
Amy Robach shares update about her prep for NYC marathon
Robach showed off her intense prep for the upcoming marathon by sharing a snap of her running through the woods.
In the snap, the 50-year-old is spotted mid-run and is clicked from the back. Although it was uncertain who took the picture.
She can be seen in a tank top and grey shorts, sprinting towards her destination.
The former ‘GMA3’ host captioned her photo, “One month to go! #nycmarathon2023.”
This snap comes only days after Robach posted a sweaty selfie to her Instagram.
She was training for the marathon and wore a bright yellow tank top covered with a white transparent rain jacket.
She captioned the post, “Pushing through the rain and the wind today!” and added the hashtags "6weekstogo" and "#nycmarathon," to the post.
TJ Holmes offers another peek into his NYC marathon prep
The ousted ‘GMA3’ host like his partner, also took to Instagram to share a carousel post of his most recent run in New York for the upcoming marathon.

Next, Holmes happily shared a screenshot of the stats of his run. He ran 18 miles in two hours and 48 minutes, all while blasting music in his ears.
The 46-year-old also shared a screenshot of his playlist with the song ‘Made You Look’ by ‘Nas’ currently on play.
