The 21-year-old LSU gymnast showcased the art creation on her Instagram story on Thursday, November 23.
Skenes and the Sports Illustrated model publicly confirmed their romantic involvement in August, following an interview with the Pirates pitcher in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
As per the interview, their relationship began because Skenes' best friend at LSU was dating Dunne's roommate and regular TikTok collaborator, Elena Arenas.
