In a recent exchange on Twitter, MrBeast and Jacksepticeye resolved their differences following a recent controversy.
For those unaware, the feud originated when a clip of Jacksepticeye taking a lie detector test went viral on social media. During the test, the Irish YouTuber candidly expressed his reservations about MrBeast's impact on the YouTube platform.
MrBeast resolves feud with Jacksepticeye
In a recent post on X, MrBeast quashed all rumors of an apparent rift between the two. He also explained that he and Jacksepticeye have talked privately and that everything was "Gucci”
"We messaged, we're Gucci now," MrBeast wrote on Twitter. Jacksepticeye responded to the tweet with a cowboy thumbs up, indicating that whatever their differences might have been, the two are now on good terms now.
For those unaware, the feud was ignited during a lie detector test when popular British Minecraft streamer TommyInnit posed a controversial question to Jacksepticeye, inquiring whether MrBeast had negatively impacted YouTube. In response, the YouTuber expressed his viewpoint, saying, ‘yes’
In response, MrBeast addressed his fellow creator's statement in a post on X, which has since been deleted.
MrBeast characterized Jacksepticeye's entire clip as displaying a high level of disrespect toward his accomplishments.
However, he decided not to respond with counter-comments, opting to be the bigger man in the conflict and not indulge in more mudslinging.
