LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Matthew Perry's body was reportedly with his loved ones after his remains were released to his family by the Los Angeles County coroner on Sunday, October 29, afternoon, as per The Mirror.
While the specific current location of Perry's body is unknown at the time of writing, the 'FRIENDS' star's remains were allegedly handed over to his family members when a cause of death was still being determined so that they could arrange his funeral, the outlet noted.
Perry was found unresponsive in a hot tub in his Pacific Palisades home on Saturday, October 28, before being pronounced dead by authorities due to an apparent drowning.

According to the New York Post, Perry's body was removed from the California home where he was found dead on Saturday, October 28, the night, before being taken to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office.
Perry was reportedly stretchered into a coroner’s van from the front door of his home.
The actor's parents, Suzanne and John Bennett Perry, who divorced in 1970, as well as Suzanne's current husband, Dateline's Keith Morrison, were photographed at the scene.
Authorities reportedly put up tape across Perry's residence after removing his body and set up a white tent near the pool and hot tub in his backyard.
Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey told CNN that a 911 call came in at 4.07 PM for a possible "water rescue" emergency. Officers then arrived at Perry's residence to find him "unresponsive."
The department also told People that Perry's body was allegedly "repositioned" by a bystander before the arrival of first responders.
"An adult male patient was deceased prior to first response arrival. The patient was found by a bystander who had repositioned the victim where the head was out of (the) water," the statement mentioned.
"Firefighters pulled the victim out of the jacuzzi and did a quick medical assessment to find he was deceased," it further added.
Coroner ordered more tests as Matthew Perry's cause of death 'deferred'
According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner, Perry's cause of death was "deferred" while his "toxicology results are pending," Fox News reported.
As per LA coroner guidelines, a "deferred" certificate is issued in cases where the cause of death cannot be determined at the time of autopsy and additional studies are yet to be completed.
In the case of Perry, the coroner reportedly listed "other significant conditions" as a cause of death but said that no foul play is suspected as of now.
The coroner's office also told the New York Post that more testing has been ordered by the doctor, which could take a few months to complete.
The medical examiner also confirmed to Fox News that Perry's body was "ready for release" but did not mention the location where it was headed.
