OXON HILL, MARYLAND: The scandal involving Maryland cop Francesco Marlett has taken an even more dramatic turn with the public clash between his wife, Paula Marlett, and the woman identified as his mistress, Virginia Pinto.
The viral video capturing Francesco in a compromising situation has not only led to his suspension but also ignited a heated exchange of words between the two women in his life.
Paula Marlett's fiery confrontation with husband's mistress
In a fiery Facebook post, Paula vented “There goes my husband and his Mistress,” posting alongside the now-infamous 47-second clip that showcased her husband kissing the other woman.
She expressed her anguish at the video constantly appearing on her social media feed, describing the experience as "embarrassing and painful." She publicly named the woman involved as Virginia Pinto and did not hold back, telling her to "rot in hell b***h," as per New York Post.
“Virginia’s husband left her ass a long time ago bc she cheated so she and my husband decided to do this behind my back for years,” she claimed in one of her posts.
Pinto swiftly responded, challenging Paula's narrative and accusing her of not revealing the entire story.
Mistress Virginia Pinto hits back at Paula Marlett's claim
“Not that I owe anyone an explanation, this girl has been cheating on her husband for a while now herself,” she claimed, without offering proof. “I’ve done nothing wrong. … Please don’t be mad at me because your husband wants me.”
The salacious video that sparked this public feud showed Francesco in his Prince George’s County Police Department uniform, engaging in intimate actions with a woman in a parking area in Oxon Hill.
The footage captured Francesco grabbing the woman's backside before both of them entered his squad car.
Onlookers behind the camera spoke in Spanish, expressing “Ayy, yo!" at the unfolding scene. “Johnny Sins wildin on the job,” the caption read, in reference to an adult film star.
Maryland police launch investigation into Francesco Marlett
The salacious clip shows Francesco in his police uniform with his arms around a woman in a short, tight dress in a parking area of Southlawn Neighborhood Park in Oxon Hill.
The video's public exposure led to Francesco's suspension pending an investigation by the Prince George’s County Police Department.
This isn't the first time he faced suspension — back in 2016, he was suspended without pay after being indicted for second-degree child abuse.
The incident involved him allegedly spanking his then-girlfriend's child, leading to the child losing consciousness. It is not clear if Paula was the then-girlfriend involved in that incident.
