LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Joshua Jackson is feeling worn down and is in incredible pain after his former wife Jodie Turner-Smith filed for divorce on October 2, his friends have revealed.
The 'Dawson’s Creek' star has been left heartbroken by the end of his second long-term relationship, following his split from actress Diane Kruger in 2016.

Jodie Turner-Smith, an actress and model, cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their breakup after three years of marriage.
The couple's date of separation was listed as September 13 in court filings.
The couple share a daughter, Juno Rose Diana Jackson who was born in April 2020. Turner-Smith asked the court to grant them joint custody of their child.
“Joshua is doing a lot of reflection on how the two great loves of his life have left him and what mistakes he may have made along the way,” one pal told the National Enquirer.
“This is an incredibly painful time for him,” the friend added.

Reportedly, Jackson and Turner-Smith's relationship had become rocky due to their different personalities and lifestyles.
Turner-Smith was more outgoing and social than Jackson who preferred to be introverted.
They also had frequent arguments over trivial matters that escalated into big fights. “The dynamic between them had changed,” the sources said, as per Radar Online.

The pair met at Usher’s birthday party in 2018 and got married in August 2019 after obtaining their marriage license in Beverly Hills.
Turner-Smith was the one who decided to end their union because she was unhappy, People reported earlier.

“It turned into an unhealthy marriage that made her unhappy,” the insider said, continuing “They will co-parent their daughter. They want her to continue to thrive.”
