LAKE TAHOE, NEVADA: Nearly five months after the harrowing snowplow accident, Jeremy Renner visited Lake Tahoe with his family. On Saturday, May 27, the 52-year-old actor shared a video on Instagram of the view of the lake and wrote, "Lake Tahoe / Home #family #lakeday".
On Sunday, May 28, Renner also shared two photos from the visit on his Instagram account. One of the pictures showed two jet skis placed near the shore while another photo showed the actor sitting with his 10-year-old daughter Ava. Above the photo of the jet skis, he wrote, "Home".

Renner's recovery and life after accident
On January 1, the New Year's Day snowplow accident left the 'Avengers' star injured as he underwent multiple surgeries and also broke over 30 bones. Renner, who is currently recovering from the incident, was helping his nephew get a stuck vehicle out of the snow at the time.
Since the accident, the actor has been trying to maintain a positive outlook on his health and recently shared a video of himself using a Boost Microgravity Treadmill for jogging. In several other social media posts, the 'Hawkeye' actor appeared to travel around Nevada, according to People.
Does Renner plan on returning to acting?
With a photo of himself as a child alongside his mother Valerie, Renner shared an Instagram story of the picture that was published in a local Nevada newspaper. The photo was taken when the actor was nominated for the first time for the Oscars for his performance in 'The Hurt Locker' in 2009.
"This came to my attention... love you, mama," Renner captioned the picture. "A young Jeremy Renner is seen with his mother, Valerie Cearley, in this undated family photograph," read the newspaper photo's caption.
The caption referred to Renner as a "first-time Oscar nominee," as it was suggested that it was published in 2010 before the 82nd Academy Awards. Though the actor has not announced his future plans in doing films as he is currently recovering from the New Year's Day snowplow accident. However, the 'Hawkeye' actor made his first red-carpet appearance since the accident for the premiere of his Disney+ reality series 'Rennervations' in Los Angeles, according to People.
