She soon posted a statement on Instagram, denying that she slammed the 'Blank Space' singer and the NFL player's supposed relationship, clarifying that she simply wanted to be able to watch football without love-life-related interruptions.
The 'Since U Been Gone' singer also recently opened up about her decision to leave 'The Voice,' as reported by the Daily Mail.

She went on to express that she was supportive of Swift and Kelce's relationship, stating, "I did not bash anyone's romance. I am pro romance. Yay romance. Did y'all even watch what I actually said on my show?"
"I just said I want to watch football when I tune in to watch football. Seems an appropriate request," added the 'American Idol' winner.
The message concluded with Clarkson showing her support for her home team, as she wrote, " Okay, carry on, and GO COWBOYS!"

"And you’re like, 'So, what about the play?'” added Clarkson while laughing, and stated, "They’re taking over."
