NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Fox News host Greg Gutfeld recently compared the murder of the Las Vegas cyclist to ISIS killings as the young perpetrators were revealed to have recorded their crime.
The cyclist was killed while on his daily morning ride when two young men, one of them a confirmed teenager, intentionally attacked him from their speeding car.
The late-night show host Gutfeld could not help but express how furious he was over such a disturbing video, also calling out the Biden administration in the process.
Greg Gutfeld calls America a 'dystopian sci-fi'
Andreas Probst, who was a 64-year-old retired police officer, was brutally murdered on August 14 while he was cycling during the early morning hours. Details of the killing were revealed through a recorded video that was taken by the murderers themselves.
The passengers of the car could be heard laughing as they sped through the traffic and called names at the other vehicles on the road. Probst could be seen in the distance but the driver did not move away to drive past him, instead hitting him from behind.
The former cop died at the University Medical Center soon after and the video worked as evidence to charge the 17-year-old perpetrator of murder, as reported by The Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Gutfeld related the video to something right out of dystopic fiction in a post made on X (formerly Twitter).
"In life there are transformative experiences," he said in his post, adding, "I just watched a man get murdered. if this does not change you forever, then you are dead inside."
He continued, "Wake up America, we've become the thing of dystopian sci fi that makes Death Race 2000 and Clockwork Orange look like romantic comedies."
Greg Gutfeld demands new leadership for ISIS-like murder
In another post made by Gutfeld, he compared the video of the murder to the videos shared by ISIS while killing their hostages.
"Remember how repulsed we were by those ISIS videos?" he wrote on X, saying, "How is this any different? a public execution. filmed."
Gutfeld has previously criticized the growing leniency in criminal laws and once again targeted the Biden administration in his post about the incident.
"We need new leadership that sees that the new threat of terror is within, and put an end to this reign of evil," he conclusively stated.
