BUFFALO, NEW YORK: In an Instagram post on Friday, actor Chad Michael Murray, known for his role in 'One Tree Hill,' revealed that he and his wife, actress Sarah Roemer, are expecting their third child. The announcement was accompanied by a heartwarming photo of Roemer, proudly displaying her growing baby bump.
Murray shared the joyful news with his followers, captioning the photo, "Baby #3 loading..." He then jokingly asked for suggestions on new baby gadgets, adding, "It’s been a bit since we had one." The actor also lightheartedly acknowledged the slightly grainy quality of the picture, humorously remarking that he still uses an iPhone 8 because of his attachment to the physical button.
'Gonna need a bigger car'
"I love the button and won’t trade it away. Sometimes I see ppl staring at my phone with button envy and I get it,", he wrote. The couple, who tied the knot in 2015, welcomed their first child, a son, later that same year. They subsequently had a daughter in 2017. Murray did not disclose the gender of their third child in the announcement. He also shared the exciting news on his Instagram Story, expressing his astonishment at the prospect of transporting their growing brood and jokingly stating, "Gonna need a bigger car" along with a shocked face emoji. Fans also reacted to the news by making light-hearted jokes over his iPhone and the way he captioned his Instagram post. Earlier this year, the actor posted a rare video featuring his eight-year-old son, and six-year-old daughter playing ball together; however, their names have not been publicly disclosed. Murray expressed his pride as a father, observing how children continually progress and grow each year. He captioned the post, "Watching the leaps a kid can make every year is utterly fascinating. He also adorably mentioned that their daughter volunteered as the ball girl to help train her big brother.
'I never celebrated Mother’s Day'
In May, Murray took the opportunity to celebrate his wife on Mother’s Day by posting a photo of Roemer on a plane, accompanied by a heartfelt caption recognizing her role as a mom. "My forever dream woman." He expressed gratitude for her unwavering support and highlighted the various responsibilities she handles, such as homeschooling, pop quizzes, and meal preparation.
