In her health update, the 38-year-old wrote, "Beyond happy to share this information since there were articles written about it. Might as well give you the full update. Lol."
"Being a solo act can get heavy sometimes and life can get challenging but [I] do the best I can and push with positive energy," Wilkinson said, adding that she is now "back on my feet."
"Happily working in real estate, taking care of my babies and myself. Great friends. Heart is full of gratitude!!!," she added.
Kendra Wilkinson was hospitalized following a panic attack
The 'Kendra Sells Hollywood' star was hospitalized following a panic attack two months before her recent mental health update.
A representative for Wilkinson told People in September that the real estate agent sought medical treatment after she was overwhelmed by the demands of her job in real estate, her personal life, and caring for her two children she shares with her ex-husband Hank Baskett.
Wilkinson suffered a panic attack after she was unable to sleep. She then decided to receive medical treatment and went to a Los Angeles hospital where Baskett accompanied her.
On the 'On Display with Melissa Gorga' podcast on PodcastOne in June, the 'Kendra On Top' alum talked about feeling "lost" after her split from Baskett in 2019.
The divorce came after the end of her decade-long run on television.
Speaking to 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star and podcast host Melissa Gorga, Wilkinson said her depression was triggered after her separation from Baskett and the end of her reality show 'Kendra on Top' which ran from 2012 to 2017.
"I went through a divorce, lost everything I knew, which was my TV show. I had a TV show every year until my divorce," Wilkinson told Gorga in June.
"Then my divorce happened and all of a sudden, now I'm left with no marriage, I'm left with no show, I had to move into a little house — I didn't understand what was going on and all of a sudden I had to do some intense healing," she continued.
"For years, I didn't have fame. I didn't have everything I knew for a really long time. I didn't know who I was. I was so lost," the reality star added.
