NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE: 'The Bachelorette' star Hannah Brown's fiance Adam Woolard appeared to be a social media influencer as well as a digital marketer. Woolard previously worked as a concierge banker and treasury specialist at Avenue Bank.
He has also worked as a private client sales director for the men's luxury fashion label, Greg Lauren. According to his Instagram, Woolard also worked as a meditation and lifestyle coach.
However, Woolard was recently accused of being part of the MRR (Master Resell Rights) scam. Hannah's fiance took to his social media and detailed his struggles after he left his full-time job as a banker in a video.
He further elaborated that Digital Marketing has improved his financial goals and invited fans to DM to get a step-by-step 'free guide' for a '15-day marketing course'. Although the guide was free, the initial course cost around $7 and the main curriculum is for $2,500.
Hannah took to the comment section and penned support for her fiance. She wrote, "Proud of you! I love seeing you fired up and passionate about leveling up for yourself, but also fired up about helping others do the same! ❤️."
However, a Reddit user started a thread titled, 'Hannah Brown’s fiancé MRR scam ?' and slammed Hannah for supporting Woolard in his scam. A social media user commented, "Hannah has proven she doesn't have great taste in men. Her supporting this kind of thing is really crappy."
Another person added, "Hannah girllll get out - ive never understood what she sees in him. i remember when they first started dating he was like a spiritual life coach or something? he’s giving major scammer vibes."
Another internet user penned, "This is disgusting. And HB commenting her support? Can't say I'm surprised but I feel bad for her fans that fall into this trap."
Another critic wrote, "I don’t think Hannah is an innocent person getting sucked into anything. She fully supports this just like she fully supported his masculine/feminine word salad. I think their values are largely the same."
Another Reddit user said, "Hannah darling you survived the first failed engagement and were all the better for it I am begging you to do it again."
