LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez have reached an agreement regarding their divorce settlement, just weeks after filing for a resolution of their two-year-long marriage.
Per TMZ, because of the prenuptial agreement, Gomez will be receiving $1,250,000 from the ‘Bang Bang’ singer. The money will be tax-free.
Dalton Gomez, who is a luxury real estate agent by profession, will be receiving the money upfront as opposed to receiving it in installments.
Apart from that, Gomez will also receive half of the net proceeds obtained by selling the couple’s Los Angeles property. The ‘Thank You, Next’ singer will also be paying up to $25,000 of her former spouse’s attorney fees.
A source close to the couple told the news outlet, “There is still a strong mutual love and respect between Ariana and Dalton and they wanted to make sure everything was done right in lockstep with one another."
The former couple got married in May 2021. In their filing, while they gave the date of separation as February 20, 2023, the divorce was filed on September, 18.
