Andrew Tate slams Mark Zuckerberg's Threads and calls users 'traitors', trolls say 'you're upset you can't sign up'

BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Andrew Tate, an outspoken influencer known for his controversial and misogynistic views, used his Twitter account to mock the newly launched Mark Zuckerberg's Instagram Threads, which is perceived as a rival to Twitter. Having been banned from numerous social media platforms due to his hate speech and problematic opinions, it is highly unlikely that Tate would be granted access to Threads, adding to his exclusion from major online communities.

Since its introduction, Threads has experienced a remarkable surge in popularity, positioning itself as one of the most successful platform debuts to date. Within a mere two days of its release, Threads has managed to attract an impressive user base of approximately 70 million individuals, cementing its status as a thriving online community.

'Traitors'

Following the launch of Threads, there was curiosity among Tate's followers regarding his opinion on the platform, which he expressed in his unique manner. Tate remarked that they now have an opportunity for a somewhat unrestricted expression of ideas on social media, seeing it as a chance to bring about positive change through honesty. However, he criticized those who hastily signed up for the platform when his perceived opposition, whom he referred to as the Matrix, introduced a rival platform. He expressed his disappointment, perceiving such individuals as lacking honor, respect, and adherence to principles typically followed in street culture, deeming them "traitors."

Tate wrote, "We finally get a chance at relatively free speech on social media - a chance to save the world through truth. Then when their cucked matrix controlled opposition launches a competitor you rush to sign up. No honor. No respect. Bitch made losers without street code. Traitors."

In a subsequent tweet, Tate proceeded to direct further insults toward the Threads application, using sarcasm to belittle it by questioning its name, stating, "Threads? You mean... gay?"

'You're just upset you can't sign up'

After Tate's rant filled with insults aimed at the Threads app and its users, numerous individuals gathered in the comments section beneath his tweets to share their viewpoints. One user went on to mock Tate and wrote, "You're just upset you can't sign up." A supporter of Tate was quick to agree with his idol and wrote, "I'm still on the f**k Zuck train." Another admirer of Tate, went on to criticize Threads by stating, "Threads is just a communist version of Twitter."
